When you can withdraw
You can withdraw within 14 days, without giving a reason, from the purchase of:
- a gift card, as long as it hasn't been used — 14 days from the day you bought it;
- any item marked not personalised on its product page — 14 days from the day you received it.
Shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies printed with your pet's portrait are personalised, so the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to them (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If one of them is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, see Returns and refunds — we reprint it free or refund you.
How it works
- Fill in the form on this page and press Confirm withdrawal.
- We confirm by email that we've received your withdrawal, usually the same working day.
- We refund everything you paid for that purchase, including standard shipping, within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
You can also simply email us at info@houseofmorka.com, or send the model form below by post. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end.
