- Printed within about 2 working days, delivered 3–5 working days after that.
- Every parcel is tracked.
Where we ship
All 27 countries of the European Union. We don't ship outside the EU yet — no Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the UK or the US for now. Within Spain we can't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla (they are outside the EU VAT area).

Tees, sweatshirts and hoodies all count – mix them as you like. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Within the EU there are no customs fees or import charges.
How long it takes
- Sketches — about two minutes, before you pay.
- Printing — usually within 2 working days of your order. We check every design by hand before it goes to print.
- Delivery — usually 3–5 working days after dispatch. Some islands and remote areas can take a few days longer.
Working days are Monday to Friday, except Lithuanian public holidays. Before Christmas and other busy dates we publish order-by dates on the site.
If you order several items, they are printed and shipped together in one parcel.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves, we email you a tracking link and the name of the courier.
Delivery address
Please check the address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away — we can change it until the parcel leaves. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we'll send it again; you pay the shipping for the second delivery.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
- If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, write to us. We'll chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, reprint and resend your order free or refund you.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the parcel and the item and write to us within 30 days. We'll reprint free.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or someone you name, receive the parcel.
