The portrait

What photo do I need?

One clear photo taken in daylight, at your pet's eye level, with the whole face and both ears visible. At least 800 px on the short side — any recent phone photo is enough.

When do I see it?

Three sketches appear on the page in about two minutes, before you pay.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Two rounds of changes are included. If it still isn't right, we refund you in full. Nothing is printed until you approve.

Can the name have special characters?

Yes — Šarka, Bjørn, Zoë and Łatka all print correctly. Names can be up to 16 characters; shorter names print bigger.

Do you do pets other than dogs and cats?

Not yet.

The shirt

Which garments can I choose?

Tees for men (S–3XL), women (XS–2XL) and kids (110–158 cm), plus a unisex crew sweatshirt and hoodie (XS–2XL), all in white or black. On the hoodie the print sits above the front pocket.

How do I wash it?

Inside out at 30 °C, no tumble dryer, do not iron over the print.

Price and payment

How much is it?

The Tee is €39 (kids’ €29), the Crew sweatshirt €55 and The Hoodie €65. Prices include VAT.

Is there a discount for more than one?

Yes: 10 % off each item when you order two, 15 % off each when you order three or more – tees, crews and hoodies mixed as you like. The discount is applied in the cart.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping across the EU is €8.95 per order and free from €80 – for example a tee and a crew, or three tees.

I bought two tees but only have one photo ready. What happens?

We print the first now. For the second you get store credit worth the shirt and its shipping, valid for 6 months. Use it whenever the second photo is ready.

Returns

Can I return a personalised shirt?

Because each shirt is made for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. If we made a mistake or the print is faulty, send us a photo and we reprint it free.
