Product safety
Our shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are printed to order in Kaunas, Lithuania, on ready-made cotton garments from established European suppliers. House of Morka is responsible for placing them on the EU market. For product safety questions or to report a problem with a product, write to info@houseofmorka.com.
Care: wash inside out at 40 °C, no bleach, no tumble dryer, don't iron over the print.
Consumer disputes
Please contact us first — we reply within 14 days at the latest. Consumers can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lrv.lt), which resolves consumer disputes out of court, or, for cross-border purchases, to the European Consumer Centre in their country.
